13 YEARS!
It's hard to believe that Ricky has been gone 13 years this coming August. I can still hear his voice as clear as if it was yesterday. As much as we miss him and all our family members, Life goes on and that's the way he would want it. Since his death he has become a Grandpa for about 9 times and though these garandkids never knew Ricky I'm sure they will hear plenty of stories from those who knew him well. I see no reason to try and sugarcoat the life he led on this website or in the stories I tell. He was who he was and we all loved him anyway. He must have invented the phrase " To know me , is to love me ! because if you really knew him, you had to love him!
